It is very important for you to take time for your self-care, especially after a stroke. have self-care is a mind, body, in spirit routine maintenance on self. Self-care is a must to prevent strokes. It is important that we are eating proper nutrition; plenty of water, fruits, vegetables, exercise, sunlight, meditation, massage, and relaxation to name a few daily.
