Hakuna Matata, “there are no troubles”, in Swahili

Depression is not an emotion it is, however, a condition of mental health. Instead of saying to people who appear to be depressed not to be depressed, asked them, what can they do to feel happy?

In order to change or heal from any condition, we must change our mindset. In the movie The Lion King, the phrase, Hakuna Matata is roughly translated to, “there are no troubles” or “No worries” in Swahili. It has a connotation of not worrying about things outside of a person’s control.” Hakuna Matata!
